Domestic Shipping Rates

Note: Shipping prices do not include book board and other heavy and/or especially large items. If these items are on your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping your order.

Shipping Times

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols in our Distribution Center, most orders will ship within 2-4 business days after the order is submitted, not including custom orders. Orders with priority shipping will be processed on the same day if received by 1pm CT (excludes weekends and holidays). Priority shipping options for custom orders apply to transit time only. Production time cannot be expedited.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect the following transit times for delivery (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):

• Standard: 7-10 business days, depending on your shipping address within the contiguous United States. Transit times to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take up to 15 business days. Initial pick-up and tracking services are provided by FedEx, however packages will be transferred to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.

• Ground: 1-6 business days within the contiguous United States; 3-7 business days to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. FedEx Ground deliveries are usually made Tuesday through Friday, before the close of business.

• Three-Day: Orders placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 3 business days. Transit times to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take extra time. Custom print orders will ship expedited; production time is not expedited.

• Two-Day: Orders placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 2 business days. Transit times to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take extra time. Custom print orders will ship expedited; production time is not expedited.

• Next Day: Orders placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 1 business day. Transit times to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take extra time. Custom print orders will ship expedited; production time is not expedited.

*Note: Saturday delivery can be arranged for Next Day orders shipping out on Friday by contacting Customer Service via phone immediately after placing your order. There will be a $12 upgrade fee applied to your order for this service. Your request must be received and confirmed by 1pm CT or we may be unable to arrange Saturday delivery.

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.

Signature may be required for delivery of custom orders. Please take this into consideration when selecting a ship-to address for your package. For residential deliveries that require signature, you can leave instructions for the driver if no one will be home. For example, you can ask that it be delivered to a neighbor who will be home.

Orders shipping P.O. Boxes addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please enter only one "ship to" address (P.O. Box or street address) to prevent shipping errors. Custom products like embossers, stamps and napkins cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Other custom products may require additional processing time (up to 5 business days) when shipped to a P.O. Box.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service and the Military Postal service Agency (MPSA). Priority mail is shipped via air to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and normally take around 10-15 days to most locations but can take longer.

Free Shipping Offers

Purchase of gift cards and Subscription Box do not qualify toward free shipping thresholds.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are shipped at no charge provided rush delivery is not required.

Backordered Items

We will ship backordered items when available. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the separate shipment of backordered items. Please see our backorder policy for further details.

Drop-shipped Items

Our custom stamps, embossers and select custom print orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items other than custom rubber stamps and embossers that are included on your order will ship separately from our warehouse. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the separate shipment.

We currently only ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Rates as detailed below are inclusive of duties, taxes and brokerage.

Your order will take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. International shipping time ranges from 10-15 business days.

Orders will be shipped via FedEx. No expedited shipping options are available for international shipments. International shipping is not available for custom party and custom gift items.

Shipping heavy items may require an additional fee, and the ship cost will be calculated on a per order basis. If your order exceeds 15 pounds, we will email an updated shipping quote for your approval.
